We

Why don't you reply my messages?
1) Printfil's menu
This
is the fastest way to contact us. Right-click
the Printfil's trayed icon (in the bottom right corner, near the
Windows clock) and choose Help
-> Contact Support. A
configuration report will be automatically generated and attached to
a newly generated e-mail message. Please add your comments and
send it.
This
function requires
Microsoft Outlook, or a MAPI e-mail client installed (Microsoft
Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, Microsoft Mail etc.) or an
SMTP server already configured in Printfil (please search for
the "EMailClient" word at Chapter 4:
"Miscellaneous Options").
2) e-mail
If you
cannot use the option "1" above (for example because your computer is
not internet connected):
- Upgrade
to the latest Printfil 5.x version, if you're using a previous 5.x version, without uninstalling the
current version first.
- Right click the Printfil's trayed icon
and choose "Help -> Create Support Report"
- You'll be asked to save a PrintfilSupport.ZIP
file on your desktop
- Choose the directory and file name you
prefer, then click the "Save" button
- Send the ZIP file above at the email
address that will popup on screen
3) The Support Center
By the
Support Center you can contact us using any internet-connected
computer, without a mail client program.
Please
create a textual "Support Report" as described below, then copy its content in
the clipboard and paste it on a new ticket, opened at https://help.aswit.com/index.php/contact
How to create
a textual Support Report
If
you're using Printfil 5.x ...
- Install
latest 5 version
(if you haven't already done it) without
uninstalling the current Printfil version first.
- Right-click
the Printfil's trayed icon and choose Help
-> Create Support Report.
If
instead you're using Printfil 4 or a previous version ...
- Download
the
"Printfil's support report generator" (support.exe) by clicking this
link
- Save
it in the Printfil's installation directory (usually c:\Program
Files\Printfil) and Run
it.
... at this point ...
- You'll be asked to save a PrintfilSupport.ZIP
file on your desktop. Click the "Cancel"
button.
- A text
file containing your local Printfil/machine
configuration will popup on the
screen (normally inside "Windows Notepad")
- Select "Edit
-> Select All", then "Edit -> Copy"
to copy its content to the clipboard.

4) Facebook
By the Printfil Facebook page you can post a public message or you can contact us privately via Messenger.
We recommend you do not post your private data, like the license codes, in public posts.
If the question is technical, please send us privately even a "Support Report" as described above.
